Shipping Areas

Currently, we can only ship products to the continental United States. Subsequent adjustments will be announced on the website.We apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers.

Product Shipping Time

Standard Delivery: 3-9 business days

Express Delivery: 1-4 business days

Note: Shipping time is calculated from the moment the goods are shipped.

Once your product has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your order.

If you have not received your product for more than 60 natural days after we process your order, please contact us by sending an email to info@spotclothes.com and we will provide you with a refund or reship and reimburse you with a $3 coupon.

Postage

Standard Delivery:

Shipping is $4.90 for items under $49.99, $49.99 or more with free shipping.

Express Delivery:

Shipping is $9.80 for items under $69.99, $69.99 or more with free shipping.

Order Processing

Handling time: 1-2 business days. Our order cutoff time is 17:00 (EST), Monday – Friday. On Friday, orders after 17:00 (EST) will be processed and shipped next Monday. (holiday extension).

Parcel Signature

For security purposes, all Spot USA deliveries require a signature. You will receive a notification via text or email on the day of delivery, and please prepare to receive the goods in advance.

Parcel Redirect

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to sign and receive your order. If you wish to turn in your parcel, please get in touch with the courier company with your order directly.

Parcel Rejection

If you reject the package, it will be returned to our distribution center, and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is the responsibility of the individual buyer. We do not currently cover this cost.
Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all taxes. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

Orders Tracking

If you have created a login with us, you may track your order directly on your account by logging in here and visiting the order status page.
Once your payment is approved, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will also receive a second email (which may take up to 48 hours) once your order is shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Order processing time is too long (more than 10 business days without special remarks); you have two options: we refund directly or arrange delivery as soon as possible and compensate you with a $3 coupon.

Shipping Takes Too Long

Please make sure that you have filled in your receiving information correctly first. If the receiving information is incorrect, please take responsibility for it yourself. If the receiving information is correct and you have yet to receive the product more than 30 days after delivery, you can choose to have a refund, or we re-deliver it to you and compensate you with a $5 coupon.

Loss of Goods

We are not responsible for products lost in transit, but we can help you contact the logistics company. You can contact us first to inform us of the problem you have encountered, and we will arrange for someone to help you with your inquiry.
