We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy, but returned item must be in good condition and shipping charges must be paid by you. After we receive your returned item, we will carefully inspect the clothing for damage; if the clothing is damaged, we will not issue a refund.

If you find that the clothing is broken or damaged when you receive it, please send us an unboxing video of the item, pictures of the item and proof of purchase (screenshot of the order, order number or receipt of the item, etc.). You can return the item and we will issue a refund or resend an intact item at your request, and we will cover the shipping cost.

The customer has the right to return the goods in the following cases:

Return requests should be made within 30 days of receipt of the item.

Can I cancel my order?

Within 30 minutes after you place an order for the goods. You can cancel your order, if the order is more than 30 minutes, you will not be able to cancel the order of the goods.

After you cancel your order, we will process your request to cancel the order within 12 working hours and the refund of the order will be returned to your payment account.

If you have returned a product, we will refund you after checking and confirming that it is correct, the refund is usually 1-2 business days back to your payment account, if the refund is not received after the deadline, please send an email to info@spotclothes.com. The shipping cost of the returned goods will be borne by you, and if the goods themselves are damaged, the shipping cost will be borne by us. Express cash on delivery is not supported.

If you need to return an item, please get in touch with Spot USA Customer Service first to confirm the reason and need for the return, and then send the item back to the Spot USA after-sales service center in the original packaging. No returns will be processed without prior communication.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs for returning or replacing defective or damaged items due to the seller will be borne by us.
